Return

All products are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving your order:

• Original invoice or receipt provided to our customer service.
• Unopened in original packaging with seal intact (if any).
• Item not used.
• Received wrong product with evidence provided.

Note:

• All approved returns will be refunded in 1-3 working days to your selected payment method or, via Paynow.
• Costs of shipping is borne by Buyer unless drop off is made. 
• Shipping fee paid during checkout will not be refunded unless otherwise stated.
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

KSFBeauty shall not be responsible for damaged or lost items during return shipment.

Returns are subject to approval by KSFBeauty based on evidence provided to us.

Return policy is subjected to changes at any point of time.
